Authentic cottage
We present you a “authentic” farmhouse a few km from Capiglia d’Orcia.
The cottage, set on 2 floors, was renovated in the 80s allocating the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor.
As in the most of the house in this area, the main entrance leads to both the ground floor and the stairs to the upper one.
After the renovation the old stables have given way to the kitchen and the living room, and the latter can enjoy direct access to the garden. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and bathroom.
On the left side of the entrance door there is still the old working wood-burning oven.
A few meters away there are annexes currently used as storge equipments useful for the nearby olive grove.
The cottage is surrounded by nature, but still relatively closet o other farmhouses, so not isolated. It is reachable by a white road of about 200 meters.
